Looking up from her laptop, Alexis could see her two friends, Rad and Carlos practicing their stunts with their Mini-con partners, High Wire and Sureshock. Rad was doing wheelies on High Wire while Carlos was grinding on a makeshift railing he had just set up with Sureshock. The two seemed to be having a fun time, which was good but Alexis could only shake her head at them. What compelled boys to do such silly things, she would never be able to figure out. What Is Love? Love. We use that word many times a day in an attempt to make our peers, young and old, understand how we feel whether it’s about something small like that rollie-pollie bug on the ground or something that is on a larger scale like our country. Maybe even for that rock band and classical Mozart music you like listening to…Especially when you catch a glimpse of your sweetheart down the hall smiling at you. All of these emotions, ranging from simple to complex, using a simple four-lettered word.
But do we truly understand its meaning?
In the dictionary, the general definition of love is ‘a feeling of person
