Garo Master cosplay--unmasked

So I got to attend Anime Banzai this year after all! It was FAAABULOOOUS--as always!

This year, I made the Garo Master from Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. (For those who don't know...) He's not an ally of Link's however. In fact, he is one of the sub bosses inside Stone Tower Temple. Very fun fight and a very VERY cool character. Some of the armor I took an artistic liberty with though. It still turned out great though!

The armor pieces were all made from cardboard and 1/8" craft foam and some velcro. I decided that a ninja ghost with flaming swords needed some armor too...  If I get the time this week, I'll post pictures of the individual pieces on here so everyone can see what I did in detail. This photo was more to show what it looked like on me. 

Hopefully I did not disappoint any die-hard Zelda fans out there! I wanted to do something that wasn't overdone for a change. Let's face it, Link, Zelda, Ganondorf, and Sheik are the most overdone of all the characters. I CHALLENGE you cosplayers out there to join me and branch out, become new characters that need some showcasing and break out of the norm for LoZ!
